The Saint Joseph Community of the Marist East Asia Province is a community of Marist Brothers dedicated to living the Gospel and the charism of Saint Marcellin Champagnat through a life of prayer, fraternity, and mutual care. Inspired by Saint Joseph, patron of the Institute and model of humble service and faithful discipleship, the community seeks to make Jesus Christ known and loved in the way of Mary, witnessing to the enduring beauty and vitality of the Marist vocation.

Primarily, Saint Joseph Community serves as a home for elderly Brothers who have generously dedicated many years to the mission of the Institute and for Brothers who are recovering from illness and in need of rest and care. It is a place where the gift of Marist fraternity is lived in a profound way, characterized by gratitude, compassion, accompaniment, and the spirit of family that Saint Marcellin Champagnat desired for all Marist communities.
